Eventide on Eighth is currently looking for a full‑time Facilities / Maintenance Worker. Hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm plus an on‑call rotation and every sixth weekend rotation.

The Facility Worker performs a variety of duties including painting and minor repairs specific to Eventide facilities and equipment.

• Painting experience preferred

• Responsible for building and grounds maintenance and the preservation of Eventide’s assets, including all daily activities necessary to maintain Eventide’s assets such as grounds work, snow removal, all minor equipment repairs and service calls, minor and major repairs to fixed and movable physical plant equipment, and other duties as assigned by manager.
• Responsible for painting throughout the facility.
• Safely utilizes and operates tools and equipment.
• Will be available for weekday maintenance calls and to work weekends and nights as per the rotating schedule.
• Performs grounds‑keeping duties to maintain the desired appearance of Eventide property, including lawn maintenance, trimming/pruning bushes, edging sidewalks, removal of weeds, and removal of snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots.
