Maintenance Tech

In this role, persons will be required to maintain, repair and implement electronic, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, as well as perform facility maintenance. They will also assist the Maintenace Supervisor in leading the Maintenance Department.

Requirements -

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Electronic, Industrial, or mechanical Maintenance, or related field.
• Prefer Experience with CNC Lathes, Mills and Grinders
• Good Computer Skills and Prefer Experience with CMMS Software
• 3 to 5 Years Experience with Electronics in an Industrial Setting Preferred
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Ability to Wear Proper PPE for Assigned Tasks
• Ability to Perform Assigned Tasks Safely while Ensuring the Safety of Others

Electronic/Maintenance Skills Required –

• • Electrical Drawing
    • Reading
    • Developing
• Effectively Set-up Test Equipment
  • • Multimeter
    • Digital Clamp Meter
    • 3 Phase Rotation Detector
• Troubleshooting Equipment Issues
  • • Electrical
    • Mechanical
• Repairing Industrial Equipment
  • • Repair Circuit Boards
    • Wire and cable repair
• PLC programing experience

Maintenance Tech Requirements –

• Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform Supervisory Task in the absents of the Maintenance Supervisor

• Utilize Fiix (CMMS) Software
• Assign Work Orders to Team Members
• Source and order Parts
• Maintain Inventory
