SMO seeks passionate team members to assist and support customers in maintaining a high level of cleanliness in their facilities. This is a consistent, stable and secure part‑time position that offers meaningful work and relationship building.

Basic Functions:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities and personnel at assigned account(s) to meet quality cleaning standards, profit objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain good customer and employee relations.

Major Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dustmopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms and replenishing supplies.
  • Ensure personnel comply with company policies including safety, security, timekeeping and key control procedures.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in safe, clean working order.
  • Follow all safety, security and key control procedures.
  • Report accidents, safety hazards and security concerns to manager immediately.
  • Respond to and follow up on requests and concerns.
  • Inspect job site daily to ensure all work is completed and meets quality standards.
  • Ensure that all appropriate doors remain locked and are secured at the end of shift.
  • Lead team to complete cleaning of assigned account each day and cover absent team member routines as needed.
