As a Retail Operations Specialist - Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the receipt, movement, storage, and stocking of materials to meet operational needs in a large warehouse facility and outlet store. Must be able to operate equipment from dock, warehouse, or storage yard, such as a forklift, compactor, bale machine, tipper, and hand truck.

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and/or delivery vehicles by hand or using assigned equipment, ensuring proper sorting and storage by category.
• Direct and position receptacles, such as tables, gaylords, bins, totes, or other containers so they can be loaded, including trash receptacles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by cleaning, mopping, trash removal, decluttering, and reorganizing to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate forklift to support materials handling operations.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers following established guidelines.

External Hiring Range: $15.00/hour

Retention Bonus: $500 after successfully completing 6 months of employment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with production, material movement, or warehouse organization; previous forklift operation experience preferred.

• Valid Child Abuse Clearance.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required.
