Auto Shop Helper

Job Summary

Service Center Morgantown has an immediate job opening for an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties. Responsibilities include maintaining the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area - emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing unwanted parts; assisting with cleaning spray booths and placing tools and equipment in their proper locations; maintaining parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion;

performing minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary. The helper will follow Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures so teammates can complete repairs on time.

Must be 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy. Nice to have:
Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Understand written and verbal instructions.
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
