Description:

2pm-4pm
Locations involved:
High School, Elementary School, Board Office, Brooklyn Field/Fieldhouse, and Bus Garage
Reports To: Facilities Director
SALARY: Based on State Salary Scale for Service Personnel, commensurate with job classification and years of service.
Duties:
- Clean/Maintain Brooklyn Field House
- Gather outside trash at Brooklyn and all locations
- Landscaping and grounds at all locations
- Clean grounds and remove litter at all locations
- Help with deliveries at all locations, load and unload trucks
- Help with event set up/tear down at all locations
- Prepping/painting at all locations
- Playground maintenance
- Assist in moving furniture, equipment, etc at all locations
- Dusting HVAC vents at all locations
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment at all locations
- Prepare wood, concrete, metal gypsum, and plaster surfaces for finishing at all locations
- Repair cracks, alligatoring, checkering, blistering, and peeling/flaking at all locations
- Paint and fill gaps/crevices on walks, sidewalks, etc.
- Remove mildew at all locations
- Sweep/clean sidewalks around buildings at all locations
- Help with snow removal and clearing sidewalks of ice at all locations
- Clean out drainage ditches and/or culverts at all locations
- Work with hand and power tools
- Perform light maintenance and repairs
- Clean restrooms/lounge at Bus Garage
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor at all locations
