Assist with maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C units, and hotel equipment.;
Monitor electric, gas, and water consumption and report issues as needed.;
Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas as scheduled.;
