This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in
general labor, construction, maintenance, moving, landscaping, painting, remodeling, handyman services, or property management

• Prepare apartments and rental units for new tenant move-ins.
• Complete apartment turnover and make-ready projects.
• Remove trash, debris, furniture, and unwanted materials from units.
• Move, assemble, install, and arrange furniture as needed.
• Perform basic painting, patching, touch-up work, and minor repairs.
• Install fixtures, hardware, blinds, shelving, and apartment accessories.
• Assist with property maintenance and seasonal improvement projects.
• Clean, organize, and maintain vacant apartments and common areas.
• Support maintenance teams with general labor and property upkeep tasks.

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, maintenance, landscaping, moving, remodeling, or property services preferred.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and materials.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions.
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic.

• Competitive pay up to$16.00 per hour
