Maintenance & Janitorial Worker | Morgantown, WV | Full-Time Seasonal
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time, seasonal Maintenance and Janitorial Workers in Morgantown, WV for a local apartment complex.
This position is ideal for dependable, hardworking candidates who enjoy hands-on maintenance, painting, cleaning, apartment turnovers, and property upkeep
. You will help prepare apartments for new tenants by completing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: Morgantown, WV
Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal
- Perform minor apartment maintenance and repairs
. - Complete basic interior painting and touch-up work
. - Clean apartments to prepare units for new tenants.
- Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in preparation
. - Perform general janitorial and property cleaning duties.
- Help maintain clean and organized apartment units and work areas.
- Work independently and alongside other maintenance crew members.
- Complete additional general labor and property maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required
. - Reliable transportation required
. - Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform hands-on maintenance, cleaning, and general labor duties.
- Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial work, apartment maintenance, painting, cleaning, or general labor is a plus.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- Day shift hours of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Seasonal employment opportunity.
