* Full TimeBFS Companies, a locally owned and operated fast food restaurant and convenience store company, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations within our network of facilities. The Maintenance Manager must be able to work with outside vendors to solve, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in the field.
** Responsibilities
* ** Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants and convenience stores with gas stations.
* Connect with Operation Supervisors to support business performance.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, and brand standards.
* Determine when repairs require completion through approved vendors.
* Maintain vendor relationships to obtain and evaluate quotes for repairs and activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness to control expenses within budget.
* Prepare status reports for management review.
* Assist in overseeing and improving the preventive maintenance program.
* Manage and track work orders with the computerized maintenance management system (Limble).
* Assist the Construction Department with minor remodels, and equipment replacements as needed.
** Qualifications
* ** Multi-site maintenance management experience in food service/restaurant and convenience store industries.
* Knowledge to provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical and plumbing systems.
* Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure.
* Close attention to detail and multitask.
