- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Job Type: Hotel / Facility Maintenance
- Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday & Friday: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Job Duties
As a Hotel Facility Maintenance Associate
, your responsibilities will include:
- Walk the hotel parking lot and building perimeter hourly.
- Inspect exterior areas and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns
. - Pick up trash and debris during routine property rounds.
- Empty trash throughout a four-floor parking garage.
- Change light bulbs as needed.
- Complete minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks
. - Perform general property and building upkeep
. - Maintain clean and safe common areas.
- Help keep the hotel property clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Report larger maintenance or repair concerns when identified.
- Dependable with reliable attendance.
- Comfortable working independently during evening and overnight shifts.
- Previous maintenance, handyman, janitorial, custodial, or property upkeep experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and property safety.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working both evening and overnight hours
