Facilities Support Staff

Starting pay is negotiable based on education, relevant experience, and applicable licensure or certifications.

We’re looking for a dependable Facility Support Staff to help keep our property clean, safe, and well-maintained. This hands-on role includes janitorial duties, minor maintenance, and basic groundskeeping to ensure the facility operates smoothly and looks its best.

Duties:

Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

Empty trash cans and recycling

Change light bulbs or installing shelves

Maintain grounds such as shovel snow or garden maintenance

Assist with upkeep of appearances such as painting walls

Assist with porter duties, such as moving furniture or equipment

Perform minor repair such as fixing desks

Requirements:

Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
