• Maximizing operating profit through planned maintenance
• Maximizing equipment reliability through using planned maintenance
• Maximizing equipment reliability using the maintenance crew effectively
• Quickly returning equipment failures to design capability using the maintenance crew
• Maintains the CMMS system
• Monitors and approves maintenance time and duties daily
• Responsible for providing equipment capability, reliability and availability to operations through applications of the maintenance service for the least operating cost
• Also responsible for equipment uptime and downtime measurements

• This position requires strong analytical abilities, knowledge of excel spreadsheets
• Previous experience in purchasing, manufacturing, and a strong maintenance background is required
• Previous supervisory experience is needed

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. Technical Degree or 5
  -10 years maintenance experience
