CMC, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a Maintenance Manager responsible for maximizing operating profit and equipment reliability through planned maintenance and CMMS oversight.

- Maximize operating profit through planned maintenance
- Maximize equipment reliability using planned maintenance and maintenance crew effectiveness
- Return equipment failures to design capability quickly using maintenance crew
- Maintain the CMMS system
- Monitor and approve maintenance time and duties daily
- Provide equipment capability, reliability, and availability to operations through application of maintenance services at least operating cost
- Account for equipment uptime and downtime measurements
- Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Previous experience in purchasing, manufacturing, and a strong maintenance background
- Previous supervisory experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent;
Technical Degree or 5-10 years maintenance experience
