The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in delivering on our commitments by performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, groundskeeping, and other interior and exterior duties under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. This position is responsible for responding to resident service requests, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and upholding safety standards, all while fostering a positive living environment.
With a strong focus on craftsmanship and problem-solving, the Maintenance Technician is instrumental in helping Arcan deliver superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Prepares Market Ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with that quality move in experience.
