Catering by Michaels is seeking a Pastry Decorator and Baker to join our Morton Grove commissary kitchen. You will craft desserts from scratch, decorate cookies and cakes, and ensure consistent high quality in a fast-paced production setting.
Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of pastry experience, strong organization, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and collaboration with a talented pastry team is expected.
