$ - $/hr / Monday to Friday - (Fully onsite to start; potential hybrid flexibility at manager discretion)

We are seeking a Change Coordinator to manage Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs) from initiation through approval and implementation. This role focuses on change management and project coordination
, ensuring accurate engineering data and clear communication across cross-functional teams. This is not a design role
.

• Own and manage ECRs end to end using PLM systems (Windchill preferred)
• Lead weekly change meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other teams
• Maintain engineering data accuracy, part lifecycle updates, and documentation
• Follow up on projects and products on the factory floor as needed (up to x per week; PPE required)

• Previous experience as a Change Coordinator in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong project and change management skills
• Hands-on experience with PLM tools (Windchill highly preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
