A privately held real estate firm is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations across multiple entities. This is a high-visibility role partnering with senior leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
• Manage cash, treasury, and bank reconciliations
• Improve processes and internal controls
• Partner with auditors and tax advisors
• Lead and develop the accounting team
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• Strong GAAP and Excel skills (Yardi a plus)
