Key Responsibilities- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage cash, treasury, and bank reconciliations
- Improve processes and internal controls
- Partner with auditors and tax advisors
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP and Excel skills (Yardi a plus)
