Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a job in Morton Grove, Illinois. This role supports patients in Chicago, Lincolnwood and surrounding areas.

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans in a team-based environment.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an accredited OSCE curriculum jointly accredited by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
  • Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
  • The skills needed to self‑manage your time and schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
