Overview
Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a job in Morton Grove, Illinois. This role supports patients in Chicago, Lincolnwood and surrounding areas.
Job Details- Specialty: Occupational Therapist
- Duration: Ongoing, 32 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours
- Employment Type: Staff
- Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans in a team-based environment.
- Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an accredited OSCE curriculum jointly accredited by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
- Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
- The skills needed to self‑manage your time and schedule.
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
- Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
