Why you should apply to be a Change Coordinator I- Location:
Morton Grove, IL - Pay Rate: $40/hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM start time (8‑hour shift)
- Employment Type:
6‑month contract - Work Setup:
Fully onsite to start (potential hybrid flexibility at manager discretion)
- Own and manage ECRs through the full approval and implementation process using PLM tools (Windchill preferred)
- Lead weekly change meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other cross‑functional teams
- Support engineering data accuracy, part lifecycle updates, and documentation
- Follow up on projects and products in the factory as needed (up to 2x per week; PPE required)
- Previous Change Coordinator experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong project management and change management experience
- Hands‑on experience with PLM systems;
Windchill highly preferred - Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
