Digital Print Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shifts (Direct Hire)

Location:

Morton Grove, IL

Pay: $20–$25/hour

A stable and growing company in the Morton Grove area is seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator for an immediate, direct-hire opportunity. Candidates must have hands‑on experience with four‑color digital printing. Benefits:

• Set up and operate digital printing equipment
• Run jobs using Tru Screen, Konica, or Canon digital presses
• Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions
• Perform quality checks on printed materials
• Troubleshoot print and equipment issues
• Clean print heads and adjust rollers as needed
• Assist with routine press maintenance
• Obtain paper, ink, and other production supplies
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move paper rolls
• Use Fiery Command Station or similar workflow software

• Recent digital printing experience required
• Strong knowledge of four‑color printing processes
• Experience with Fiery Command Station or similar RIP/workflow systems
• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift
• Industry experience is required
