Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $75K-100K per year

Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health - Morton Grove, Illinois. Full-time, 40 hours per week, ongoing, 8-hour shift. Eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus for key achievements.

Responsibilities

Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health registered nurse case managers lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. This position supports patients in Lincolnwood and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
  • RN license in the state where you work.
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
  • One year of RN experience and clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
  • The skill to self-manage your time and schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
