Patient care responsibilities include:

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans in a team‑based environment.
• Support patients in Franklin Park, IL and surrounding areas.
• Earn a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key achievements during the first year.

• RN license in the state in which you practice.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Skill to self‑manage your time and schedule.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
• Proficiency in speaking Russian or Spanish is a plus.

Compensation:
The low end of the range includes salary and first‑year success bonus. The high end includes productivity bonuses and additional shift work paid at a premium (after hours, weekends, on‑call). Compensation potential varies by market.
