Hourly Pay Range

$33.96 - $52.64 per hour.

Hours:

7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
Required Travel:
Travel based on department need

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and physicians
• Handle phone triage, review test results, and process medication refills and prior authorizations
• Convey plans of care and conduct patient education/teaching
• Respond to North Shore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

• Current professional nursing licensure in the State of IL (required)
• Graduate of a NLN‑accredited school of nursing (required); BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for the healthcare provider (required)
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting (required)
