Position Details

The Build Center Specialist performs standardized technical and warehouse operations to build, configure, test, and prepare Keep Stock devices and related hardware for customer deployment. The role supports Device Supply Chain operations by configuring equipment, stocking inventory, completing inbound and outbound warehouse activities, and ensuring devices meet established quality and operational standards. Working under general supervision, the position follows defined procedures while exercising judgment to identify and resolve routine hardware, inventory, and configuration issues.

Will
  • Build and configure Keep Stock hardware devices and related components according to customer specifications, documented work instructions, and established quality standards to ensure devices are deployment ready.
  • Prepare vending machines and related equipment by stocking inventory, installing required components, and verifying configuration requirements to support customer implementation schedules.
  • Complete hardware configuration checklists and functional testing to verify installed hardware, software, connectivity, and system performance prior to shipment.
  • Perform inbound and outbound warehouse activities and inventory movement, while maintaining inventory accuracy and following established operating procedures.
  • Maintain inventory locations by organizing, storing, and replenishing hardware, spare parts, and components to support efficient warehouse operations and device production workflows.
  • Follow OSHA, hazardous material, and warehouse safety requirements by maintaining a clean, organized work environment, operating equipment safely, and identifying conditions requiring corrective action.
You Have
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years experience performing standardized technical, operational, safety, or hardware support work required.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control practices, hardware assembly, equipment configuration, or maintenance activities within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of technical assembly processes, quality verification procedures, safety standards, and the use of standardized work instructions to complete operational tasks accurately.
  • Experience performing physical warehouse work, including lifting, moving, staging, and handling materials while working safely around powered industrial equipment and varying environmental conditions.
  • Experience using attention to detail to complete hardware configuration, inventory transactions, inspections, and documentation accurately while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Compensation

This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $20.34 and $23.00.
