ESS Clean, Inc., Central Illinois and Indiana’s leading commercial cleaning company, is looking for dependable Evening Cleaning Associates.

This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking consistent, flexible evening work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

ESS Clean is seeking Cleaning Specialists to support at client facilities in Morton, Illinois. These positions work evening hours (after 5:00PM), Monday through Friday. Positions range from 7-15 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain client facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Perform routine tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
• Sweep, mop, and restock supplies as needed
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work
• Self-starters who can work independently and stay on task
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required — we provide hands‑on training
