Technical Success Specialist

360 RAIN is an adaptive application system that includes an autonomous machine, infrastructure, and app-based control. The system autonomously delivers water, nutrients, and manure throughout the season while you adapt input selection, application rates, and timing to fit your operation.

As a 360 RAIN Technical Success Specialist, you split your time between two main things: delivering an excellent experience in the moments dealers and customers need help and building the resources that prevent those moments from happening in the first place. On the project side, you're hands-on with testing equipment, producing installation documentation, and creating instructional videos that keep dealers self-sufficient and reduce repeat issues across the fleet.

On the support side, you're handling inbound calls and tickets on a rotating schedule, diagnosing issues remotely, and knowing exactly when and how to elevate issues. Every call, ticket, and resource created is a chance for you to turn a frustrating moment into an experience worth talking about. When the season demands it, you'll travel to support installations, training, and events.

• Equipment Testing: Conduct hands‑on testing of machine equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Documentation Development: Create and update clear, user‑friendly documentation & videos for service processes and equipment installation procedures.
• Dealer Training: Travel to customer sites of our new dealers to lead and train the dealership technicians with machine installations and site setups to ensure maximum success of 360 RAIN.

  Work closely with the Sales Team and Engineering Team to troubleshoot issues and improve service processes.
• Customer Engagement: Answer in‑bound support calls and tickets on a 1‑2 week per month rotation. Diagnose and resolve the issue or quickly elevate to the next level to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across all interactions.
• Learning and Growth: Actively participate in training opportunities and assigned projects to develop technical skills and knowledge of 360 RAIN’s products and services.

Two‑year agricultural related degree, technical related degree, or 2+ years of related experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone and written)
• Solid understanding of the agriculture industry
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and results‑driven
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

• Anticipated travel for this role will be 10‑15% depending on season.
• Some international travel assignments to Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, South Africa, & Australia could also be expected.
