ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSInclude, but are not limited to, the following:

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, cleans, and vacuums all areas as required (windows, walls, floors, fixtures, etc.).Empties trash and garbage containers.

Notifies management concerning need for repairs.
