- Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and building
- Complete request for repairs
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility
- Perform and coordinate repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, lighting, and fixtures
- Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces
- Ensure sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and exterior areas are safe and maintained
- Monitor building systems including fire alarms, sprinklers
- Have good technical and mechanical skills
- Experience in light carpentry and plumbing
- Experience with maintaining HVAC systems preferred
- Must be familiar with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code (LSC) rules and recordkeeping.
- Must be available for emergency calls such as night, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation for roles at Monroe Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Monroe Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Monroe Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
