Maintenance Director

Location: Monroe Care, 1405 S. Monroe St., Moses Lake, WA 98837

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/hr DOE

• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and building.
• Complete requests for repairs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the facility.
• Perform and coordinate repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, lighting, and fixtures.
• Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and exterior areas are safe and maintained.
• Monitor building systems including fire alarms and sprinklers.

• Good technical and mechanical skills.
• Experience in light carpentry and plumbing.
• Preferred experience with maintaining HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code (LSC) rules and record‑keeping.
• Availability for emergency calls such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
