• Coordinates maintenance activities and communicates the schedule to our internal and external customers.
• Maintains accurate equipment history and reliability data for equipment.
• Drives and influences consistent application and improvement of our processes.
• Identifies efficient system operations mode on a real-time basis and causes adjustments to be made as the need arises to achieve optimum state.
• Collaborates with others to identify and suggest training needs.
• Identifies and communicates standard practices.
• Supports budget development and forecasting updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required:

High school diploma or GED; a minimum of five (5) years maintenance experience (preferably as a technician, lead or planner), a minimum of two (2) years planning experience, and a minimum of three (3) years experience in the natural gas industry.

Preferred:
Vocational or Associates degree in a technical field.

• Experience planning maintenance in compression-focused operations, utilizing condition-based maintenance (CBM) to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
• Experience with Ariel, Caterpillar, Waukesha, Solar, York/Frick, and Elliott compression and rotating equipment preferred.
• Demonstrate aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes.
• Coordinates with others to verify duration of maintenance and scope of work to be performed.
• Previous experience developing scope and detailed job plans for preventative and maintenance work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.
• Maximo Power User Training completed.
• Strong skills in Oracle or similar ERP system.
• Proficient in Power BI.
