About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Power Plant Utility Worker / General Laborer to support daily plant operations, housekeeping, maintenance, safety,and groundskeeping activities. This is a hands-on position involving industrialcleaning, material handling, equipment inspections, tool inventory, spillcleanup, and general plant maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Performs general housekeeping, industrial cleaning, and spill cleanup throughout the power plant, including coal, gypsum, dust, and waste.
- Supports plant maintenance and preventive maintenance, including conveyor/belt lineinspections and greasing.
- Managestool room inventory, tool check-in/out, and basic rigging checks.
- Performs routine fire, safety, and environmental checks and follow all plant safety procedures.
- Handlesgroundskeeping, snow/ice removal, painting, light bulb replacement, andminor facility repairs.
- Assists with fuel truck unloading, wet coal conditions, material handling, andother daily plant operational needs.
NOTE:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

Work Set Up: (Saturday–Tuesday: 10-hour shifts ,Wednesday–Friday: Days off)
- 4 daysper week / 40 hours per week
Onsite at Moundsville, WV 26041.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Lessthan 1 year of experience required; general labor, warehouse, industrial,maintenance, construction, janitorial, or material handling experience isa plus.
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts, overtime, and callouts as needed.
- Comfortableperforming physically demanding work, including standing, walking,bending, lifting, sweeping, shoveling, and working outdoors.
- Ableto safely use basic hand tools and equipment after training.
- Ableto read and understand written instructions, manuals, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to safety and ability to identify and report unsafe conditions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Abilityto work independently and effectively with employees, contractors, andother plant personnel.
- Mustbe willing to learn and follow all applicable power plant operating,safety, and environmental procedures.
