Key Responsibilities- Lead Maintenance Initiatives:
- Plan, evaluate, and implement maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum safety.
- Drive Continuous Improvement:
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to enhance plant reliability.
- Support Team Development:
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance strategies and support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) efforts.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all projects meet WCM/Early Equipment Management (EEM) standards and maintain accurate records in our Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, with a strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and equipment reliability.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience or equivalent training in maintenance or engineering.
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with AutoCAD and P& a plus.
