We are seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Worker to join our team in an on-site role at our Mount Airy, NC location. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, handling various carpentry and plumbing tasks, operating power tools, and conducting regular preventive maintenance to ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and functional. The Building Maintenance Worker will collaborate with the team to address maintenance requests and uphold the high standards of our workspace environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and prevent equipment failures
- Experience with Carpentry and Plumbing to perform general repair and structural tasks
- Skill in using Power Tools for repairs and maintenance work
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities related to maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred
