Complete Disaster Services is a growing Restoration Company located in Lancaster, County PA that helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by fires, floods, and other disasters. We are looking to hire a General Laborer.

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks to support our restoration, dumpster service, and warehouse operations.

• General labor skills
• Construction experience
• Basic carpentry skills
• Operating small equipment
• Ability to drive vehicle for our Dumpster Service
• Warehouse experience
• Material handling

Candidate must have an outgoing personality and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. This is full‑time Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Evenings, weekends, and some holidays during on‑call.

• 1–3 years of general labor experience
• 1–3 years of driving experience; small dump truck for dumpster deliveries
• Warehouse and material experience
• Forklift certification
• Dumpster service delivery experience is a plus
• Restoration industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a background check – no felonies allowed

• Dumpster deliveries (we have our own dumpster service)
• Utilize pallet jacks for moving materials within the warehouse
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage
• Operate forklift to move materials
• Grounds maintenance
