Container Unloaders/Lumpers Wanted EXE Logistics Solutions

EXE Logistics is looking for container unloaders/lumpers for our Mt. Juliet and Nashville, TN operations.

Compensation starts at $17.00/ hour + Performance Bonus Incentives

Hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday (6:30 AM - Completion)

• Some Saturday work may be required.
• The ideal candidate will be expected to maintain excellent attendance and have a stable work history.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
• Warehouse environment with extreme heat in the summer months and extreme cold in the fall/winter months.
• Must have basic math skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Requires a positive attitude and the ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking, and planning.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Fast paced team concept environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Pass both a 5 Panel Drug Test and Criminal Background check.
• Paid weekly via direct deposit.
