Compensation: Hourly
EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY:
- Landscaping:
Planting, weeding, and spreading mulch or other materials. - Mowing:
Cutting grass, edging, and watering lawns. - Equipment operation:
Driving and maintaining vehicles and equipment such as mowers, tractors, and trucks. - Snow removal:
Clearing snow and ice from walkways and parking lots. - Minor repairs:
Fixing grounds equipment and performing minor repairs to buildings. - Record keeping:
Maintaining records of work orders and equipment maintenance. - Safety:
Ensuring safety and following all safety precautions.
KNOWLEDGE

- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

- Ability to perform minor building repairs.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Letter of assignment – hourly. Work year as established by the Board of Directors.
- Salary and benefits to be determined by the board.
EVALUATION: The groundskeeper will be evaluated by the Buildings Director at least annually in accordance with law, board policy, and the preceding job description.
