Executive Summary

The Delivery/Custodial/Maintenance position typically involves daily delivery’s across all MTPCSD buildings. Including but not limited to supplies, Food and mail. Depending on the time of the year you will find this jobs includes some maintenance of building.

Equipment Operation

Daily van driving between all buildings, forklift, box truck.

Snow Removal

Clearing snow and ice from walkways and parking lots

Building Maintenance

Summer custodial work in buildings. Snow removal.

Safety

Ensuring safety and following safety precautions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired Education and Licensure
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of the use and care of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to perform minor building repairs
  • Ability to plan, organize and carry out work schedules efficiently
  • Responsible attitude towards job and fellow workers
  • Must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Reports to work as scheduled on a regular and reliable basis
  • Effective oral and written communications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Aptitude for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions

Evaluation

The Delivery/Custodial/Maintenance will be evaluated by the Buildings Director, at least annually in accordance with law, board policy, and the preceding job description.
