Executive SummaryThe Delivery/Custodial/Maintenance position typically involves daily delivery’s across all MTPCSD buildings. Including but not limited to supplies, Food and mail. Depending on the time of the year you will find this jobs includes some maintenance of building.
Equipment OperationDaily van driving between all buildings, forklift, box truck.
Snow RemovalClearing snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
Building MaintenanceSummer custodial work in buildings. Snow removal.
SafetyEnsuring safety and following safety precautions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired Education and Licensure- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Knowledge of the use and care of materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to perform minor building repairs
- Ability to plan, organize and carry out work schedules efficiently
- Responsible attitude towards job and fellow workers
- Must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions
- Reports to work as scheduled on a regular and reliable basis
- Effective oral and written communications
- Ability to work independently
- Aptitude for detail
- Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions
- Capable of representing the school District in a professional manner, which includes confidentiality, communications skills, and ability to present a professional personal image

The Delivery/Custodial/Maintenance will be evaluated by the Buildings Director, at least annually in accordance with law, board policy, and the preceding job description.
