Millennia Housing Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for Canterbury & Oxford Row in Mount Pleasant, MI. This full-time role maintains public areas, exteriors, vacant and model units, and performs floor care, trash removal, litter pickup, sidewalk cleaning, and snow removal under supervision.
You will follow work orders, inspect grounds and units, record tasks, manage cleaning supplies, apply chemicals, use hand and power tools, and uphold OSHA safety standards.
