Janitorial Associate

Our client, an industrial organization, is seeking a Janitorial Associate to join their team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the cleaning and maintenance of shop floors and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Weidman, MI

Pay Range: $20, depending on experience

Shift: Must be flexible with hours as they will vary

What's the Job?

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum shop floor surfaces as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals appropriately

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience in an industrial setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
