Sandpiper at Shem Creek is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to partner with the Maintenance Director in maintaining grounds, buildings, apartments and equipment to the highest standard of excellence in service.
The role involves general maintenance, apartment prep for new residents, groundskeeping, safety compliance, preventative maintenance, inventory management and supporting other staff as needed. Applicants should have basic trade skills and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
