Position: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Pay Rate Low: 30 | Pay Rate High: 40

Our client, a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support 3rd shift operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations within a cGMP-regulated environment.

  • Relocation Assistance Available Pay: $30–$40/hr + Shift Differential

    Schedule:

    Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM–7:30 AM On-Call:
    Every 5th weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, utilities, HVAC, and facility systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and external vendors to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
  • Complete work orders, maintenance records, and GMP documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain compliance with cGMP, SOP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready manufacturing environment.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical facility and production equipment.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, or similar).
  • Pharmaceutical cGMP experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or associate degree preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Experience with CMMS systems required; familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and Building Management Systems preferred.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe maintenance practices.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
