MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Mount Pleasant, SC to lead the maintenance team at a multi‑family community. You will coordinate repairs, schedule staff, and ensure apartments and facilities are ready for leasing while maintaining safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in property maintenance, HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license; EPA license preferred.
