Wangard Partners is looking for a dedicated Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management team in Mount Pleasant, WI. This full-time position involves maintaining the physical integrity of the property and providing high-quality service to residents. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance duties, managing work orders, and collaborating with the property manager. A minimum of 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience is preferred along with a valid driver's license.

Participation in an after-hour on-call rotation is required.
