We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams and support the Property Manager in maintaining FRED’s property standards.

• Provide direct support to the Property Manager by delegating tasks to maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, warranties, and construction/development teams during construction.
• Troubleshoot residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by completing necessary repairs.
• Communicate any unresolved maintenance issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Perform on‑call emergency services within a rotation.
• Assist the Property Manager in annual budget planning by partnering with vendors, acquiring bids for capital projects, and managing inventory.

• Substantial knowledge and hands‑on experience repairing plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems, electrical issues, pool maintenance, carpentry, and building exteriors.
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations and fostering strong relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and thoroughness in task completion.
• Experience delegating and mentoring staff, and experience in departmental budgets.
• EPA certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Familiarity with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) database for hazardous materials.
• Adherence to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies.

Monday–Friday. Availability between 8am–5pm with on‑call rotation. Position to start in late June
2026.

$66,800–$71,000.00 (base wage and bonus/commission annually)
