The Seasons at Spring Street Apartments in Mount Pleasant, WI, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our new construction community. You will lead maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams, coordinate with vendors, and support the Property Manager to ensure market-ready units.
Qualified applicants have hands-on experience across plumbing, appliances, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and exterior maintenance, with EPA certification required and CPO preferred.
