We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team full-time at our jewelry store. We need someone strong in Quick Books, Excel, inventory management, accounts payable, and receivables
.
- Daily bookkeeping in Quick Books
- Pay vendor invoices (Accounts Payable)
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on payments
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Track and manage inventory
- Maintain accurate Excel reports
- Work closely with the owner
- Strong Quick Books experience (very important)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience with inventory management
- Organized, responsible, and trustworthy
- Retail or jewelry experience is a plus
- We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with the business.
