Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for supporting multi-entity AP operations across brands and business units, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient invoice processing and payment operations.

• Support multi-entity accounts payable operations across multiple brands and business units
• Manage and improve AP workflows utilizing Ramp and other accounting systems
• Assist with AP process centralization and system cleanup projects
• Work independently to resolve AP issues and support assigned entities
• Partner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient invoice processing and payment operations

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience supporting multi-entity AP environments
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
