The Mount Prospect Public Library is seeking a Patron Services Assistant to provide exceptional service to our community. You’ll welcome patrons and assist with their inquiries at the front desk, as well as perform essential clerical tasks. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills and a commitment to customer focus.
The position consists of approximately 25.75 hours weekly, including weekend rotations. The library offers a supportive environment with benefits such as paid time off and retirement savings plans.
